Visit our Brewery
We may be small but you’ll experience a big welcome at Swan Brewery. We’d love you to visit our brewery! We’re on the Enterprise Park in Leominster, HR6 0LX – directions below.
We’re open every Friday for off sales of bottled ales and party beer (4, 9, 18, 36 pint bright, fresh beer). Our hours are 9 am to 4 pm though we are often there a little longer – call 01568 617709 to check.
Once a month we have our popular Tasting Days where you could be one of the first to taste a brand new ale – on the house. On Tasting Days you can watch the brewers at work; sample our ale; taste other local produce and practise your darts skills. It’s the time our tap room comes to life! Look out on Facebook for the times as during the summer we run in to the evening. 2019 Tasting Day dates are 1st February, 1st March, 5th April, 3rd May, 7th June, 5th July, 16th August, 20th September, 18th October, 29th November. Tasting Days are free and you can drop in for as little or as long as you like.
We host brewery tours every couple of months, usually on a Saturday afternoon, 3-5 pm. Head Brewer Jimmy Swan leads the tour and talk. There is plenty of beer to drink and you’ll be enlightened on the brewing process, brewing ingredients, the background to Swan Brewery and what makes a good pint. In the interests of furthering your beer knowledge, don your best drinking trousers and sort out a taxi or a lift! The next date is Thursday 16th May 7-9 pm. Please get in touch if you’d like to come along: email@example.com.
We are to the south of Leominster on the Enterprise Park. You can approach us from the A49 bypass or the old road, the B4361.
From the A49 / A44 roundabout take the road which goes up and over the railway. There are signs indicating Enterprise Park and Police Station. At the next roundabout turn left (you’ll most likely see a little sign by the roadside). Take the next right turn, which passes the back entrance to the police station. Continue down another 200 meters and we are in the Flexspace workshops on the left. Other businesses close by you may know or see signs for are Oldfields Garage, PJs Refreigeration and J Tints.
From the B4361 heading from the south, turn right in to the Enterprise Park on Owen Way. There’s usually an A board sign up to show you where to turn. Owen Way has speed bumps. You will have a huge factory, Dales on your left. Turn left at the end of the factory, continue straight over the roundabout and swing round to the right as the road bends. The entrance to our workshops is a few meters further on, on the right.
There are lots of signs with our logo on dotted about – look out for them.
