Order processing, collection or delivery

There are three options for fulfilment of orders: collect from the brewery; direct delivery within a circa 30 mile radius of Leominster (Ludlow – Worcester – Symonds Yat – New Radnor); despatch by courier.

Collect from the brewery – the brewery is open 10-5 on Fridays, extended hours on first Friday Tasting Days and other times by arrangement.

Direct delivery – this is usually on Wednesday or Thursday.

Despatch by courier – this is usually on Wednesdays to arrive Thursdays.

For bright, draught beer, this is prepared on the day of collection, despatch or delivery or the afternoon before.  We recommend consuming bright beer packs within 5-6 days of collection or receipt.  Bright beer packs are prepared to order to be at their freshest when you are ready to drink the beer.

For despatching beer, the above considerations notwithstanding, Orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days unless otherwise requested. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you placed your order. Please indicate your preferred delivery date when you order, and we will do our best to fulfil this, although we cannot guarantee the date.

Despatched Orders will be sent via courier. A person over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the goods, unless you tell us otherwise in the delivery instructions, such as leaving the goods in a safe place.

In all cases we will inform you by email when the goods have been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving this email please contact Customer Services on beer@swanbrewery.co.uk or 01568 617709.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting Customer Services on beer@swanbrewery.co.uk or 01568 617709.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order for refund at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Contact Customer Services on beer@swanbrewery.co.uk or 01568 617709 quoting your name, order number and which product or products you wish to return. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
