The spotlight beer at our December Tasting Day is Winter Swanderland, a deep ruby, 4.8% warming winter ale brewed with local Endeavour hops. We’ll have a full bar of handpulls with 6 cask ales in total to be sampled. For the peckish, Emma and team of Miniyaki’s Japanese Soul Food will be serving up hot, filling Japanese food with dishes such as Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl; Kimchi and chicken cha-han; Chashu pulled pork rice bowl. Our friends Fiona and Dave of Bartestree Cider will be enticing visitors with their hot mulled cider, plus bottles and draught cider. Seating is under cover, with our pop-up gazebo village in place.
